Cancellation
Patients must notify the practitioner at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Booking will only be secured by the receipt of a completed signed Consultation Form together with the relevant NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Block Bookings can be paid in 2 installments.
Deposits are to be paid over the phone, bank transfer by credit or debit card, we do not accept American Express. Payment must be made in full before your appointment (time frame).
You will receive booking confirmation of your appointment, with details of location and time, this includes Distant Healing.
Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
Patients must make Pure Lotus Pranic Healing aware at the time of filling in the confidential medical history form of any pre-existing medical conditions, medication/treatment, allergies and intolerances. As well as any surgeries that have been undertaken in the past 5 years in order that we can assess if there are contra-indications.
In the event that a patient fails to inform Pure Lotus Pranic Healing of any pre-existing medical condition(s) on the medical history questionnaire form/ medical section of the confidential form, we cannot not be held responsible for any health issues/complications.
Any medical condition not disclosed at the time of booking which is a direct contraindication for any treatment that is a part of a package or booking will result in the patient not being able to undertake the treatment, a refund will be offered.
Covid-19 Specific Terms
If a patient has symptoms of covid-19 please call or email 48 hours before appointment to rescedule. If you need to reschedule due to covid-19 patients can cancel right up until the day of appointment, you must provide proof. Any deposit paid will be moved to an alternative date only, all deposits are non-refundable. Where the full amount of the treatment has been paid, a refund will be possible for anything over the deposit amount paid. Alternatively, the full amount can be moved to an alternative date. This date must be at least 14 days after the original booking date and a negative test has been provided. A new booking form must be completed.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the treatment booking will result in the full treatment price being charged to the patient
In some circumstances, and only with more than 4 days’ notice, although the deposit will be forfeited Pure Lotus Pranic Healing may carry the balance over to the next available treatment. Only one alternative date will be offered. This is however, entirely at the discretion of Pure Lotus Pranic Healing.
If any patient behaves inappropriately in person or over an email, message, phone call. Your appointment will be canceled and no further contact will be made by Pure Lotus Pranic Healing.
